  • 12-month wait if there are minor children

    • Court may grant a mediation order

    • Both parents are required to provide support
  • Temporary alimony (spousal support)
    • Court assesses finances of both spouses
  • Exclusive use of the family home or car, determined by:
    • The value of the spouses’ property
